Gain a new insight on how to map and build your own charcuterie board while serving it safely. Learn how to swap calories and fats, but not the flavor. Enjoy a taste of charcuterie board foods, with a summer theme for yourself, or a celebration. Have fun using what you learn to make your own charcuterie board.
